This policy explains how Rekoup handles information when you visit the site, create an account, connect Stripe, or use failed-payment recovery features.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as name, email address, company information, authentication data, billing status, and product usage events. When you connect Stripe, Rekoup processes the Stripe data needed to detect failed payments, identify affected customers, send recovery emails, and measure recovery outcomes.

How we use information

We use information to operate Rekoup, provide support, secure the service, improve recovery workflows, communicate product updates, prevent abuse, and meet legal or billing obligations.

Stripe and payment data

Rekoup is designed to work with Stripe billing events and does not need full card numbers. Connected credentials are protected, scoped to the product workflow, and used only to provide the recovery service you configure.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers that help us run the product, such as hosting, authentication, email delivery, analytics, and payment infrastructure, and only as needed for those services.

Retention and deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide Rekoup, comply with obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can request deletion by emailing hi@rekoup.io.
