These terms describe the basic rules for using Rekoup. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and only for accounts and data you are authorized to manage.
Use of Rekoup
You may use Rekoup to monitor Stripe billing events, run failed-payment recovery workflows, and manage related customer communications for your own business. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure.
Your responsibilities
You must have the right to connect the Stripe account and customer data you use with Rekoup. You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, customers, email content, billing practices, and use of customer data.
Email and recovery workflows
Rekoup sends recovery messages based on your configuration and connected billing events. You are responsible for reviewing templates and ensuring they are appropriate for your customers and business.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid Rekoup plans renew until canceled. Fees are charged according to the plan shown at signup or in your billing settings. You can cancel future renewals from your account or by contacting hi@rekoup.io.
Service changes
We may update Rekoup to improve performance, security, reliability, or product capabilities. We may suspend access when needed to protect the service, comply with law, or prevent misuse.
